CBDT on 16th of September via its order no. F.No. 225/268/2014/ITA.II has extended the date for filing the ITR of the assessees of Jammu and Kashmir by 2 months and now the due date is 30th November, 2014.
CBDT has said that due to the Large scale devastation in the State of Jammu and Kashmir due to heavy rains and floods the due date has been extended to 30th November, 2014.
