    I have registered a company VGAWA Technology Pvt. Ltd. on 18 November 2011 by Advocate. They have provide me DIN no. for 02(two) directors and CIN no . with by laws of company & PAN. Share amount 1 Lac & 50-50% share in each.
    After that me & my partner has decided to drop this idea & nothing has progressed still.
    My question is: 1) what are process to refresh this?
    2) How much expenses?
