Who register a N.G.O  file and from where should I get it registered? From District or Mandal ? 

Plz explain me.

Hi Sangeet Sharma,

NGO as you may be knowing are of three types:

1. Society

2. Trust

3. Section 25 Company

1. Society is registered by Registrar of Firms Societies and Chits.

2. Trust is registered by Charity Commissioner or Sub Registrar depending on State from State.

3. Section 25 Company is registered by Registrar of Companies.
